Bart Schidecker, Special Projects Administrator & DBRC Manager Before taking over the DBRC project, Bart Schidecker acted as the Assistant to the Mayor, a position that allowed him in-depth experience into how the City of Dayton works and what it means for business owners to be located here. As the day-to-day manager of the DBRC, providing excellent customer service is a priority for Bart and his entire team.

 

Frank Watkins, Development Specialist, City of Dayton

Frank Watkins, Development Specialist, City of Dayton Assigned full time to the DBRC, Frank acts as a liaison between business owners and other City agencies. He helps business owners understand the processes regarding funding, building codes, zoning rules, health and safety, utilities, and other requirements for constructing or modifying buildings in Dayton. Frank has over 30 years of experience with the City of Dayton and is an excellent resource for business owners.

 

Becky Jantonio, Business Development, City of Dayton

Becky Jantonio, Business Development, City of Dayton With an MBA, Becky Jantonio is a great asset to the DBRC. Her previous work in business outreach allows her to help Dayton business owners achieve their goals. Becky is available at the DBRC to work one-on-one with businesses when they need assistance with financing referrals, permitting questions, general consultation, and much more.

 

Patricia Russell, Business Development Specialist, City of Dayton

Patricia Russell, Business Development Specialist, City of Dayton With an extensive background in business education, Pat Russell is highly qualified to advise and assist business owners in Dayton with their location and expansion needs. Her experience includes training and development, project funding, and overall business consultation. Pat is adept in the City of Dayton's business services and helps customers achieve a smoother and more efficient process.

 

In addition to City of Dayton employees, several partner organizations have staff assigned to the DBRC to meet with customers, coordinate business retention efforts share information, and advocate for Dayton businesses.
