Business owners in Dayton have many decisions to make and many steps to complete as they work towards creating a successful company. Because of this, the Dayton Business Resource Center is available to help navigate through these processes. In addition to services such as zoning and plan review, construction permits, and site selection assistance, the DBRC staff can help business owners find the appropriate resources for nearly any other situation.
Zoning & Construction Permitting
The City of Dayton, like many cities, has various regulations when it comes to building construction, expansion, signage, and other related activities. At the DBRC, business customers can work one-on-one with staff members to walk through these processes. For more information,

Site Selection
Finding a place to locate your business takes a lot of consideration and decision-making. At the DBRC, we have access to resources to help you through this process, including reviewing existing properties, new construction site availability, and more. Our contacts with local realty companies, along with our own
site selection module, allow for many options when looking for the best location for your business.
One-On-One Counseling
